SUMMER HOCKEY RETURNS
The 2024 Summer Hockey competition has been revamped and waiting to get started. The aim is to increase game intensity and our general competitive nature in a competition which promotes team growth and player fun.
Both junior and senior competition are a mixed team event with a minimum males and females on a team. Goalies are welcome to play too! A live competition ladder will be maintained with full competition fixtures released prior to the first game.
Top of the table will win themselves a team prize.
Competition starts on Thursday 31st October 2024 and will run for 7 weeks.

Age Group - Hook in to Hockey up to year Year 10s
Field Players - 7
Goalie - Allowed but can only have 6 on the field
One substituion allowed per team
Pitch Size - Thirds
Game Times - 4:30-6:00PM
Match Times - 2x 12minute halves with 2minute halftime.
Team Colours - To be allocated
Anticipated to play 2-3 teams each night pending numbers of teams and timeslots.

Field Players - 11
Minimum 5 females required per team
Goalie - Allowed but can only have 10 on field
Two substitutions allowed per team
Pitch Size - Full Field
Game Times - 6:30-9:30*
Match Times - 45-60 minutes Pending number of teams.
Team Colours - To be allocated
Umpires - Each team to supply
Anticipated to play 1-2 teams each night pending numbers of teams and timeslots.

Registrations close Friday 25th October at 11:59pm. No late entries will be considered.
Any changes to the competition, games or times will be communited to the team managers. Team managers are to advise the players.
