JLHC's Come Try day has been running for several years which have allowed people of all ages and skills levels the opportunity to pick up a hockey stick and give it a try. This is a free event and is open to the public. It your new to the sport or have played in the past come down to the turf and our helpful team will be able to assist you. 

Be sure to spread the word and bring your friends down. There will be some hockey sticks to borrow for the day incase you dont have any. Typically groups will be split into different age groups and basic training, games and challenges will be run by senior members of the club.
